2023 Fair Information + Finalists

Project Display + Setup
  • For project setup, enter the Riverfront Center and walk towards the display hall
  • Inside the display hall, your project has a spot pre-assigned based on your Project ID.
    • If you forget your Project ID, find a FRSEF volunteer to assist.
    • Hint: The projects are in order of their Project IDs.
    • Additional Hint: The tables are colored based on your category.
      • Senior: Blue
      • Junior: Yellow
      • Elementary: Green
  • Setup up your display and any materials you have.
  • A FRSEF volunteer will come and inspect your project for approval.
  • If you are attending awards on Sunday, please remove your project after Awards.
  • If you are not attending awards, please remove your project at the end of judging – not the middle of the judging period.
  • If you did not have materials submitted on-time for Preliminary Judging but your project is now ready, please bring it to the fair and show off the great work you did to your friends and judges!
Need Help When On-Site?  
  • No worries!  Look for a volunteer in a bright green polo shirt.
